There is no listing of musicians, but I would guess that the band is made up of most of the people who played on the songs on This Is Van Morrison. Notes from David Walker: All sources I've encountered state that Desert Land is simply an abbreviated offering of the famous, oft-booted Pacific High Studios radio performance of September 5, 1971. Diana De Roo notes that it was recorded in concert at Pacific High Studios, November 1971. Exceptions are tracks 1-3, which are from Van's Rainbow Theatre show on July 24, 1973 in London. Additional notes: At least two variants of this bootleg LP are known. The supposed "original" has the cover shown at top. The other variant is shown at right.
